Class Overview

Our Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) program is an evolved high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) workout encompassing TRX suspension trainers, rowing, strength & power exercises using kettlebells, dumbbells & barbells, as well as various other props to challenge mobility, coordination, and balance.  Skills training progresses throughout each week and you'll alternate among power, strength, endurance, upper body, lower body, and total body focused workouts.  Your body will truly transform with our MetCon program.  All fitness and skill levels welcome!

  • Arrive on time, you may not be admitted if you arrive 5 minutes late
  • MetCon and Tread & Shred classes require rubber soled athletic shoes
  • Pilates Reformer is done either with bare feet or grippy socks (available for purchase on site)
