Class Overview

Our Wednesday Sweat Sesh is a shorter version of our quintessential Saturday Sweat Sesh. While the Wednesday class follows the weekly schedule (upper/lower/full) it's also programmed to be an intense cardio workout that incorporates everything at our disposal (bikes, rowers, treads...and then some!). Expect a high-energy workout for your mid-week Sweat Sesh!

  • Arrive on time, you may not be admitted if you arrive 5 minutes late
  • MetCon and Tread & Shred classes require rubber soled athletic shoes
  • Pilates Reformer is done either with bare feet or grippy socks (available for purchase on site)
