Class Overview

Sculpt and Cardio... HIIT Style. This class consists of heavy weights, kettle bells, bands, wrist weights, and any other toys your instructor decides to "torture" with. Don't worry about catching the beat, you will work at your own pace while executing compound movements and of course rebounding!
