MBODY is a fitness-only, non-boxing focused workout, that complements our standard boxing + fitness classes and enhances our member’s results. This 50-minute training session has five specific training stations and is a dynamic addition to any fitness program. So, whether you want to decrease body fat, increase lean muscle, gain strength, become more athletic, work on balance and stability, or just have fun, this is for you! + Good for intermediate to advanced + 50 minutes + Focuses on fitness only, non-boxing workout

Know before you go

  • Must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to first scheduled class time for a quick orientation
  • Boxing gloves are required: you may bring your own gloves or rent theirs for $10 (An "Essential's Pack" bundle also available for purchase which includes a heart-rate monitor, boxing gloves, wraps, and a drawstring bag)

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Mayweather Boxing + Fitness' Coach-led workouts are designed by Floyd Mayweather himself to make your best even better. Mayweather Boxing + Fitness is a HIIT fitness studio focused on high-intensity 45-60 minute classes that integrate boxing as a part of your fitness routine. You will get to experience targeted strength training, cardio exercise, and boxing techniques during every workout to help you burn calories and tone your muscles. Classes are intimate with a maximum of 24 people per class, so you get to focus on your individual goals with people who are working on being their best, too.
