Class Overview

Our Total Body class is designed to target every major muscle group with an efficient and effective full-body workout. You’ll alternate between the treadmill and floor, combining cardio bursts and strength training to keep your heart pumping and muscles firing. With modifications for every movement, you can walk, jog, or run on the treadmill and adjust floor exercises to your level. No matter where you’re starting from, this class will help you crush your goals, build strength, and gain confidence with every step.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first class (classes start promptly) 
  • Child care (6 wks to 13 yo) is available during the day by appointment for $6 per child (you must confirm availability with the studio, no child care drop-ins allowed)

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Every workout at Shred415 is divided into equal intervals alternating between treadmill drills and strength training. You'll select your weights and set the speed on the treadmill.  Your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level at a pace that works for you. Shred415 provides complimentary lockers and towel service, as well as fully equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries so you can freshen up.
