Class Overview

Arms & Abs class builds upper-body strength and tightens your core while delivering a full-body sweat. On the floor, tackle biceps curls, triceps presses, and shoulder moves tailored to your level. Core exercises will sculpt and strengthen your midsection. On the tread, walk, jog, or run through cardio bursts at your pace. Like every Shred415 class, it’s an equal mix of tread and floor for the perfect balance of strength and cardio for all fitness levels.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first class (classes start promptly) 
  • Child care (6 wks to 13 yo) is available during the day by appointment for $6 per child (you must confirm availability with the studio, no child care drop-ins allowed)

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Every workout at Shred415 is divided into equal intervals alternating between treadmill drills and strength training. You'll select your weights and set the speed on the treadmill.  Your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level at a pace that works for you. Shred415 provides complimentary lockers and towel service, as well as fully equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries so you can freshen up.
