Class Overview

Our Total Body express class delivers all of the benefits of the Total Body class in just 45-minutes. During the lifting portion, we’ll work our biceps, triceps and shoulders with curls, presses, and strengthening exercises. Core work will tighten and tone your midsection, while our signature treadmill drills give you the cardio burst you need to shred your body. In all Shred415 classes, we will spend an equal amount of time on the treadmills and the floor over the duration of class.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first class (classes start promptly) 
  • Child care (6 wks to 13 yo) is available during the day by appointment for $6 per child (you must confirm availability with the studio, no child care drop-ins allowed)

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Every workout at Shred415 is divided into equal intervals alternating between treadmill drills and strength training. You'll select your weights and set the speed on the treadmill.  Your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level at a pace that works for you. Shred415 provides complimentary lockers and towel service, as well as fully equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries so you can freshen up.
