Class Overview
Traditional Hot Sonic class with the exception that the teacher does not practice with the class, but rather provides hand-on assists to help a student go deeper into a pose or find access to exploration and stabilization. Hands on Assists are always optional. Temp range is 100-105 degrees. All levels are welcome.Class Types

- Arrive 10 minutes before class; no late entry after class starts and spot maybe given to students on waitlist if you're not on-site 5 minutes before class starts.
