An open level Pilates class focused on developing proficiency and understanding the mechanics of Pilates. This total body workout is ideal for all Pilates lovers. This is a reformer machine class that uses props and great music to keep you engaged and entertained while you work the full body.

Know before you go

  • New clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before class. For safety reasons, no late entry.
  • If you’re not checked in before class starts, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist.
  • Water is provided! There are cups and water stations at each studio.
  • Bring your own towel and grip socks (recommended but not required).
  • Please refrain from using phones during class.
