Class Overview

In Weight Warrior, plan to use a variety of equipment including body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and balls to build strength, get lean and toned, and develop coordination and balance. Resistance training will also improve bone density, reduce fat, and increase the strength of connective tissue, muscles and tendons.
