Class Overview
This is an all levels class for early risers who like to start their day off right! Sun Salutation variations and balancing postures with a focus on alignment are part of a flowing class where we move consciously with the breath. Be prepared to get energized! - Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins
- Bring a mat if you have one (there are some studio mats if you do not have your own)
- Wear comfortable but not loose clothing that you can move around in (do not wear anything with metal or any jewelry if taking an aerial class)
- Parking is available in the lots in front and behind the studio, and across the street
