Class Overview

CORE Function is the key to this workout. It involves exercises that are both sports specific and everyday specific. This workout integrates balance, stability, agility and core work which will benefit the novice and athlete alike. No machines allowed - we use everything but. Our trainers get creative and put you through a workout using all the toys - balls, bosus, bands and slides. You WILL find muscles you never knew you had!
