Class Overview

This class focuses on building muscle through muscle isolation, negatives, and hypertrophy training.Hypertrophy training focuses on the goal of increasing muscle size. This means using higher repetitions to stimulate an increase in muscle endurance and muscle volume. Hypertrophy and strength training are complementary — combining both can help to accelerate gains in both muscle size and strength.   It is specially designed to help you gain muscle and look great!

Hollywood Strength + Performance is home to CrossFit Hollywood, the original CrossFit Gym of Los Angeles.
