Class Overview

In this class, a jumpboard is attached to the front end of the reformer. Jumpboard classes are aerobic; you get the best of a cardio workout without the high-impact. Helps improve strength, coordination, and flexibility. Jumpboard classes add variety and low impact cardio to your reformer workout without the strain on your spine and back. Targets core, upper body, and lower body.   Prerequisite: At least one Beginner/Level 1 class or a private session. Please consult a doctor if you are working with serious injuries.   Required: Pilates grip socks. Available for purchase in studio. No exceptions.   New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes before class or appointment start time to get familiarized with the studio and go over new client protocols.   Tardiness Policy:For your safety, please arrive ON TIME to your scheduled class or appointment. If you arrive after 6 minutes of the scheduled class or appointment start time, you forfeit your class. Your slot will be offered to the next client on our Waitlist. You may not be refunded for this class.   Cancellation Policy: Classes must be canceled 12 hours in advance to avoid a $15 late cancel/no show fee. Classes may be canceled online or by calling the studio directly. This time period of cancellation will allow another client the option to attend class. Clients with packages and private sessions will lose the class/session. Monthly/Unlimited clients will be charged a $15 late fee. This does NOT apply to ClassPass members as they have their own contract with ClassPass that they must adhere to No refunds will be given. Private sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.   Waitlist Policy: If you are added to a waitlist, you are agreeing to fill a spot in the class if it becomes available. You are responsible for either attending or being considered a late cancel/ no show if you do not attend. All cancellation fees and policies apply to waitlist clients as well.   Private Sessions: Private Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Private sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.   Pregnant Clients: Pregnant clients (any stage) must provide a doctor's note prior to or at the time of taking class. We reserve the right to cancel a booked class without proper documents.   Location & Parking: We are located at 55665 Melrose Ave #109, Los Angeles, CA 90038. There is ample street parking available on Melrose Ave. *Please arrive early to ensure time to find parking and avoid our tardiness policy.

This balance of mind and body will allow clients to perform whatever their passion is through a transformational physical and personal journey.
