Class Overview

This advanced class on the Reformer will push your workout up a notch. You will challenge your coordination, balance, and bod. Get ready to sweat! Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead. Prerequisites- Appropriate for students who have taken at least 10 Pilates classes and are comfortable incorporating weights and other accessories.

Mighty Pilates incorporates the great foundations of classical pilates while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. All classes are taught by tough, dynamic instructors. We offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus. We even have TRX, Booty and Core classes.
