Class Overview

In this class we will flow through all the basics and work on the more challenging exercises that often get left out of an open-level class. Control Balance, Snake, and Twist? Star? Yes, yes, yes! A deep knowledge of Pilates terminology and own person limitations are required.    *First time to Pilates? Ten machine classes are required to take this class. Please refer to our schedule for the Mighty Foundations classes.  Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for Pre/Post classes or private sessions.

We offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus. We even have TRX, Booty and Core classes.
