Class Overview

Welcome to your Re:Form class with an added mix. You’ll work out your whole body, head to toe using a combination of the Reformers and Springwall Towers. This class is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles while also challenging you to work on your balance. Power up your powerhouse in this vigorous class that mixes it up. *At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Mighty Pilates incorporates the great foundations of classical pilates while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. All classes are taught by tough, dynamic instructors. We offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus. We even have TRX, Booty and Core classes. Take your workouts up a notch and walk away with an energized, wow feeling.
