Class Overview

Welcome to your Power Re:Form class with an added Mix. This advanced class on the Reformer and Springwall will push your workout up a notch. You will challenge your coordination and balance, all while working to strengthen and tone your body. Get ready to work up a sweat in this advanced class that mixes it up! Prerequisites- At least 10 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Try Mighty Foundations or Privates if you are new to Pilates. Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for Pre/Post classes or private sessions.

We offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus. We even have TRX, Booty and Core classes. Take your workouts up a notch and walk away with an energized, wow feeling.
