Class Overview

Join us for a weightlifting class! We use free weights, body weight, medicine balls, pull up bars, bench press bars and ez bars. We safely lift weights as we focus on form, balance and muscle engagement.   Mondays: Chest & Tris Tuesdays: Legs Wednesdays: Back & Biceps Thursdays: Shoulders Fridays: Total Body Saturdays: Total Body Sundays: Total Body   Our members experience a weightlifting routine in different phases that can be customized. We focus on building, bulking and shredding. We track every weight you lift, your progress and your improvements. This class is perfect for those who are looking for structure and consistency.
