Class Overview

Signature vibration technology in our 27 minute CARDIO class. This cardio session combines plyometrics, weights, resistance bands and vibration for a full body workout. Micro movements and isometric contractions work with PLATEFIT’s vibration technology to improve your balance, flexibility, and deep core strength. Grip-soled socks are mandatory for all PLATEFIT classes.

Know before you go

  • Grip-soled socks required for all classes. Also available for purchase at the studio.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before your first class so the instructor can show you the plates, explain classes and set you up for the best first experience.
  • If you arrive 3 minutes after class start, you will lose your spot.
  • The studio provides 75 minutes of validated parking at Brentwood Town Center and Brentwood Place, providing direct access to the second floor and PLATEFIT.
