Glutes/Core Complete - Focused Vibrational Movement: Condition mentally & physically with a dynamic blend of strength training and functional movements. 27 minute Glutes/Core Complete classes are designed to target lower body & deep core strength while encouraging whole body physical fitness and balance. Experience the vibrational benefits of a boost of energy, flushed lymphatic system, mental clarity, a feeling of lightness, and cellular coherence. Grip soled socks are mandatory for all PLATEFIT classes.

Know before you go

  • Grip-soled socks required for all classes. Also available for purchase at the studio.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before your first class so the instructor can show you the plates, explain classes and set you up for the best first experience.
  • If you arrive 3 minutes after class start, you will lose your spot.
  • The studio provides 75 minutes of validated parking at Brentwood Town Center and Brentwood Place, providing direct access to the second floor and PLATEFIT.
