27 minute PLATEFIT Basics classes focus on intentional movement. Set at a mindful pace, this class is centered on rooting into vibration - allowing it’s journey through our muscle fibers, cells, and ligaments and inspiring balance, strength, and flexibility. Experience the vibrational benefits of a boost of energy, flushed lymphatic system, mental clarity, a feeling of lightness, and cellular coherence. Grip soled socks are mandatory for all PLATEFIT classes.

Know before you go

  • Grip-soled socks required for all classes. Also available for purchase at the studio.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before your first class so the instructor can show you the plates, explain classes and set you up for the best first experience.
  • If you arrive 3 minutes after class start, you will lose your spot.
  • 1-hour street parking is available immediately outside of the studio entrance, as well as the surrounding neighborhood.
