Class Overview

Our 50min LIVE class is high-intensity, low-impact, full body workout. Your teacher will guide you through a series of slow and controlled exercises, focusing on firing up your muscles and elevating your heart rate to help stay in your fat burning zone. This class is designed for all fitness levels, however, your teacher can always modify a movement to accommodate your needs. This class will have a slightly longer warm down, but from the slow controlled movements and fast transitions, you will be hitting maximum exertion with no time to rest in order to promote effective muscle fatigue.   • Grip socks are MANDATORY, no exceptions! They're available for purchase at the studio if needed.
  • Please follow the instructor's directions at all times.
  • Must arrive 10 min. early to the first class.
  • Live Lagree has a zero-tolerance late-policy. Should you arrive late, you will be unable to take the class and asked to attend another class at a different time.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Located in Brentwood, Live Lagree is a MegaFormer Lagree studio designed for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level, who craves a challenging workout that is both healthy on the joints and the spine. The method focuses on core, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. 

Your muscles will shake, you will sweat, and you will be sore the next day. In fact, some Lagree Fitness movements work over 600 muscles at once, making this an extremely efficient method.
