Class Overview

This 45-minute Pilates reformer class targets the muscles of the lower body - more specifically, your glutes, thighs, and hips. This class will light up big muscle groups and small stabilizing muscles that will whip you into peach emoji shape. Concentrated movements for targeted results.

Know before you go

  • First timers should arrive 10 minutes prior to class to complete a waiver. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, start with the Feel Good Flow class
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes and grip socks; bring a water bottle and small towel
  • No cell phones and children are not allowed in the studio while class is in session
  • If you are 5+ minutes late, your spot may be given to someone else.
  • Pregnant Tribe students can take any group or private sessions in your first trimester; if you are in your second or third trimester email info@tribepilatesstudio.com to discuss the best options 
  • Be kind, have fun and prepare to tone and transform!
