Class Overview

You can expect to get stronger, leaner and faster with our HIIT-it Pasadena All Body Workout classes.  Each class will focus on either Strength, Endurance or Power.    In a Strength Focused class  You'll run/power walk at lower to middle inclines and run/power walk for middle distances.  On the weight room you'll lift moderate to heavier weights but have fewer reps which increases your strength....HIITing the heavy bags works the entire body as you punch and kick with for fewer rounds with your combination reps increasing   With our Endurance Focused classes you can expect your full body workout to include longer distances when you run/power walk on the treads...on the Weight Room floor you can expect to lift lighter weights but with higher repetitions and on the heavy bags you'll have longer rounds as you punch and kick to a full body workout.   Your Power Focused class gives you another full body workout and this time we're focused on short explosive bursts of speed on the treads...on the weight room floor you can expect to lift heavier weights with less repetitions per set and on the heavy bag you can expect shorter rounds as you punch and kick with high intensity!
