Class Overview

THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS!  This class is for the athlete that enjoys a good challenge.  Expect a high calorie burn with technical athletic movements (don't worry...we'll help you!) all designed to strengthen your immune system, cardio vascular, skeletal, and your neuromuscular connection.    Prior to class, we suggest that you have mastered a basic (in all areas) squat, deadlift, plank, push up, lunge, bent over row, glute bridge, and wood chop or band rotation.   The highest calorie burn you'll experience at Motion!

  • If it is your FIRST class, please arrive 15 mins early to get set up and get a tour
  • Please bring your water bottle and towel
  • Wear comfortable clothing and workout shoes
  • There is a large space to get ready with shower towels and suds
  • There is a 7-minute late policy - you may be turned away so please be on time
  • Bring your motivation, they'll take care of the rest

STUDIO OVERVIEW

At Motion Fitness, you will experience a 50-minute, strength-based, group fitness class featuring variations of high intensity interval training. Workouts are always controlled, with an emphasis on proper movement and body mechanics. They will challenge your every repetition and strive to see what you are truly made of. They believe in building a community, not individualism. Putting in effort, not measuring body fat. Their exercise library is vast and, with their commitment to continuing to grow and evolve as instructors, you will experience new movements and training programs.
