Class Overview

Start and develop your meditation practice with this weekly morning group-sit. Based in the mindfulness and zen meditation tradition, each week, we will begin with a short-guided breath-focused meditation to ground and fully arrive, followed by a short break, and then 20-30 minutes individual sitting. Suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners.
