Class Overview

Our TRX Suspension Training along with Bodyweight, dumbBELLS, and KettleBELLS is based on principles of interval training, metabolic resistance training (MRT) and high intensity interval training (HIIT).   Our innovative full-body workouts offer something for everybody, regardless of fitness level. It will help you lose weight, burn body fat, and increase strength.   The workout is 40-min long.

Know before you go

  • If you’re new, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and the staff will help you set up and clip in
  • Cycling shoes are complimentary (if you want to bring your own, the pedals accept LOOK or SPD cleats)
  • If you're running late, please call the studio to hold your bike (no one will be permitted to enter 5 minutes after class start) 
  • Locker rooms are fully equipped with towels, blow dryers, and a wide array of spa products
  • Keyless lockers with USB ports are also available

Nestled away in the hills of Calabasas, DIG is a premium indoor cycling studio with 30 new bikes and a fully-equipped TRX room, a recording-music studio quality sound system, and custom-made LED lights. DIG is a sanctuary of light, sound and energy that will redefine your body from the inside out. Luxurious lockers are stocked with vegan-friendly products along with other essentials. DIG is your home away from home. With generous social spaces, they invite you to come early and stay late.
