Know before you go

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to check in, sign your waiver, and meet your trainer
  • Come prepared with athletic shoes and a water bottle (a sweat towel will be provided upon check-in)
  • Let your trainer know if you have any concerns, injuries, or questions. They are there to help with any modifications to make this the best experience for you.
  • Open gym sessions must be reserved separately
