Class Overview

We mix in cardio interval training with weights and spring resistance on the Reformers. Push your workout up a notch. You may be doing an interval session with jumping jacks, lunges, or Jumpboard followed with classic Pilates work. Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.

Know before you go

  • Public parking lot ($4) behind the studio, enter from Broxton Ave (Buzz, up the back stairs) or free parking structure on the corner of Weyburn Ave and Broxton Ave (enter up front stairs) or other metered parking in the area

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Mighty Pilates incorporates the great foundations of classical pilates while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. They offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus - taught by tough, dynamic instructors.  They even have Mighty Moonlight classes (with candlelight and active stretching) and Happy Hour Pilates (rewarded with a toast after class!). Take your workouts up a notch and walk away with an energized, wow feeling.
