Class Overview

Relax and restore into this calming class with meditative stretches and soothing music. Open your hips, release your lower back, and work out the kinks in your chest and shoulders. An excellent practice for beginners, this class involves a series of passive seated and supine postures, typically held for 3-5 minutes at a time. Yin is the perfect supplement to more active classes like Chizle, giving students of all levels plenty of time to explore the unique benefits of individual poses.
