Class Overview

Sweat meets breathwork. This non-heated 75 minute class is designed for all levels of breathwork practitioners.   Whether you’re brand new, or practice daily, our certified breathwork instructors will safely guide you through your own breathwork experience.   You’ll begin with a simple 15 minute guided warm up including grounded stretching and spinal mobility, followed by 30 minutes of breathing exercises, and 10 minute Savasana meditation. We suggest bringing your own eye mask, jacket or blanket, and journal to help deepen your experience.

  • Sweat Yoga is HOT, so please dress accordingly
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class
  • Parking: free street parking all along both streets, but if street parking is not available you can park in the garage below the studio and bring your parking ticket in for validation
  • Please bring water, yoga mat, and a towel; everything you need is available for purchase or rent
