Class Overview

JOIN US IN THE STUDIO   Using light weights and props (think ball, bands, sliders) we have choreographed super small and intense movements that build long and lean muscles, improve posture and flexibility, raise and tone your booty, and sculpt your legs for summer! We cap it all off with a killer abdominal series! This kind of intense movement burns an enormous amount of calories and boosts metabolism - so you'll burn more calories even after you're done working out!   If you are not feeling well, please stay home and workout on zoom with a replay. The 1 hour cancellation policy will be enforced for repeat no shows.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Incorporating the Lotte Berk method along with elements of pilates and power yoga moves, BARREWORKS' classes are perfect for those brand new to barre and those who are hardcore enthusiasts. We modify each part of the class so that every client, no matter their level, will be challenged and will experience a full-body workout. Using props like sliders, bands and balls along with light weights, classes will work with muscle confusion so that your mind is engaged and your body is changing, faster!
