Class Overview

This class is ideal for those who are new to Pilates or for members who are looking to refine and practice classical techniques at their own pace. In our Level 1/Beginner reformer class, we will teach you the fundamentals and appropriate form to begin your journey with Pilates. The class flows at a slower pace and focuses on learning and practicing the fundamentals of Pilates technique and basic reformer exercises and having an instructor watch your moves. Pilates focuses on toning the muscles with springs, bands, or your own body weight. It is challenging, while also encouraging gracefulness and helps you be more aware of your body.
