Class Overview

Vinyasa means “to place specially” and focuses on aligning breath with movement.   This Slow Flow yoga class uses gently flowing movements and mindful breathwork to help you relax and restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit. Accessible sequences of postures aim to open you up to the joy of moving and stretching while cultivating a meditative mindset. This class welcomes all levels.

  • Wear clothes that allow you to bend comfortably
  • The studio has complimentary public props but students are encouraged to have their own mat, two blocks and a strap
