Class Overview

Learn the basics of yoga and the breath in a safe, slower paced environment. This class is suitable for all level of practioner. Space is limited so please pre-register  for class. Any Body Yoga is an award-winning yoga studio located slightly north of Chickasaw Gardens at Poplar and Humes. They offer yoga classes for all body types and levels of practitioner.
