GRIT60 FitnessG.R.I.T. stands for Group Resistance Interval TrainingWe offer 60-minute full body workouts that are backed by scientific evidence showing that the combination of strength and resistance training is the ideal way to burn calories, lose weight and build muscle. And it’s never the same workout twice, which makes it fun and exciting every time! Our experienced personal trainers coach in a group environment and guide you through our exciting circuit-based training, making sure it’s safe and effective for all fitness levels.G.R.I.T. sessions focus on strength and resistance. This style of interval training, with constantly varied functional movements for a total body workout, ensure a high calorie burn – typically up to 1000 calories burned per class. Every session incorporates varied strength building techniques, explosive hybrid exercises and compound movements, with minimum breaks in between to stimulate your heart muscles and in turn, improve your stamina. We use a variety of equipment like barbells, rowers, air bikes, spin bikes, kettle bells, resistance bands, stability balls, free weights and more.
