- Bring a towel and water
- Kickboxing classes please bring your own training equipment (gloves/wraps), limited amount of loaner gloves, No loaner wraps are available. (Gear for purchase at the gym, gloves $39, wraps $10)
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Located in Downtown Lake Worth, directly across from the post office
- Street parking directly in front and around the location and there is a public parking lot just west of the building. Please arrive with enough time to find parking
