STUDIO OVERVIEW

Tuluka Fitness Club offers challenging and fun 50–55 minute classes that combine HIIT and strength training using weights, cross-training elements, functional exercises, and cardio machines to improve resistance, mobility and strength while burning fat and building muscle! All fitness levels welcome as their coaches can adapt the workout to decrease or increase the difficulty.
