  • PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY for a new client demo. For your safety, you will not be able to participate if you do not arrive early for your first session.
  • Returning clients will not be permitted into the session if you are 5 minutes late. 
  • Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, and come prepared to sweat.
  • Bring water if you'd like (bottled water and water filling station also available).

Their strength-forward training combines simple, effective, and low-impact strength exercises with HIIT cardio on the VersaClimber.
