Class Overview

Inspired by ballet (with absolutely no dance experience required), Barre class will provide a low impact, high rep workout focused on alignment, balance and core engagement. The class blends cardio, core conditioning and isometric movements targeting arms, legs and glutes set to an upbeat, energetic playlist. It can complement a strength and cycling program by increasing flexibility and activating slow twitch muscles to improve endurance.
