Class Overview

Get your full body strength workout where we will use dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more.  The first 30 minutes of class will focus on restitance training and the last 15 minutes will incorporate yoga flow, stretching, flexibilty and mobility.  Mat required - please bring your own mat. Arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class so you have time to set up with out disrupting class.  All levels welcome.
