Upper Body Strength & Mobility In Gym:Beginner to Advanced * This class is an expansion on shoulder strength & mobility.   Focuses:- Prehab starting at the spine and workout out toward the shoulders and muscles that affect the shoulder.- All classes include flexibility, mobility & strength portions. Goals: - Prepare you for more advanced athletic endeavors both in and out of our classes.- Decrease your chances of injury in sport, training or life event. - Increase useable ranges of motion in the torso, shoulders & neck. - Scaled improvement for your waist up muscle, connective tissue and bone health based on your current level.
