Rings Beginner: Prepping for Higher Level Skills In Gym: Intermediate* Overall Goals:- Physically prepare you for rings strength training.- Build conditioning on rings for higher level skills. - Progress you to the Rings Intermediate class. Class Focuses:- Include, but are not limited to improving:     - Top Support Holds      - False grip     - Various isolated push & pull exercises            (ex. ring pull-ups & ring dips)     - Skin the cats      - Intro to Muscle ups * Rings classes are not for true beginner athletes. However, athletes with training experience who are new to rings training can start here. True beginners go here to find out which classes are right for you.
