Class Overview

This class focuses on the developing strength using the three main powerlifting movements: squat, bench press and deadlift. Athletes will also perform accessory movements to compliment their focus of the day; no conditioning.

EVF Performance / CrossFit Upper East Side is all about functional movement, not mirrors and machines. All classes are scalable to all fitness levels -- no experience needed for EVF 360 classes. Some experience with a barbell preferred for CrossFit classes.
