Class Overview

In this class, we will work on building the proper skill sets of the faster lifts such as the Snatch, Clean and Jerk."Numerous studies have demonstrated the Olympic Lifts' unique capacity to develop strength, muscle, power, speed, coordination, vertical leap, muscular endurance, bone strength, and the physical capacity to withstand stress. It is also worth mentioning that the Olympic Lifts are the only lifts shown to increase maximum oxygen uptake, the most important marker for cardiovascular fitness."   This class is for advanced beginners who have demonstrated competence with the Olympic lifts and seek to improve their technique. Please do not register for this class if you have not completed On-Ramp or have taken CrossFit classes.

All classes are scalable to all fitness levels -- no experience needed for EVF 360 classes. Some experience with a barbell preferred for CrossFit classes.
