Welcome to Functional Bodybuilding, where strength meets movement precision in a transformative fitness experience. In this class, we combine the science of hypertrophy with the artistry of bodybuilding to build lean muscle that translates into improved aesthetics and performance in your every day life.   This class is suitable for all fitness levels and uses a careful blend of compound lifts, accessory exercises and functional movements (as well as a focus on time under tension and supersets) to help fast track your success. This efficient 30 minute workout really gives your muscles a burn that you'll learn to crave.
