Class Overview

Designed to meet the needs of both experienced and beginner athletes, our "All Levels" CrossFit classes follow our traditional CrossFit class workout flow (Dynamic Warm Up > Strength/Skill work > Metabolic Conditioning/WOD) with a wider variety of scalable options available for our new and/or returning athletes. If you are new to using a barbell or are unfamiliar with any of the movements, our coaches will go over dumbbell/kettlebell variations and other scaling options that make this CrossFit class perfect for any fitness regimen.

EVF Performance / CrossFit Upper East Side is all about functional movement, not mirrors and machines. Personal attention from insightful instructors, supportive peers and zero attitude or ego are just the beginning of what you’ll find here. All classes are scalable to all fitness levels -- no experience needed for EVF 360 classes. Some experience with a barbell preferred for CrossFit classes.
