Class Overview

Let's have fun together while working out and learning new skills! This class is designed with the goal to bring together athletes of all levels and experience, and generally involves working out in small teams. If you are new to CrossFit or functional fitness, are not familiar with movements, how to use dumbbell, kettlebell or barbell, our coaches will go over variations and other scaling options that make this class perfect for any fitness regimen.

EVF Performance / CrossFit Upper East Side is all about functional movement, not mirrors and machines. Personal attention from insightful instructors, supportive peers and zero attitude or ego are just the beginning of what you’ll find here. All classes are scalable to all fitness levels -- no experience needed for EVF 360 classes. Some experience with a barbell preferred for CrossFit classes.
