Class Overview

This weekly class is specifically targeted towards beginners and those interested in learning the movements and terminology associated with CrossFit. If you've never taken a CrossFit class before, this is the perfect place to start. Each class will focus on different movements and skills and are designed to help you succeed in our classes.    This class is also great for people who want to start exercising and lifting weights but may be intimidated by our regular classes. The class will be slower-paced with lots of instruction and individual attention. Expect to get a good workout and learn a lot!

EVF Performance / CrossFit Upper East Side is all about functional movement, not mirrors and machines. Personal attention from insightful instructors, supportive peers and zero attitude or ego are just the beginning of what you’ll find here. All classes are scalable to all fitness levels -- no experience needed for EVF 360 classes. Some experience with a barbell preferred for CrossFit classes.
